Peace Grappler Exchange and Return Policy

Peace Grappler is committed to offering high-quality products, aiming for the complete satisfaction of our customers. This exchange and return policy is in full compliance with the Consumer Defense Code (Brazilian Law No. 8.078, of September 11, 1990), ensuring transparency and respect in all consumer relations.

General Conditions

1. Return due to Change of Mind or Withdrawal: In accordance with Article 49 of the CDC, the customer has the right to request a return or exchange of the product within 7 (seven) calendar days after delivery, without needing to provide a reason for the withdrawal.

2. Exchange for Defective Products: In the case of products with evident or easily identifiable defects, the customer may request an exchange within 30 days for non-durable goods and 90 days for durable goods, counted from the date of receipt, as per Articles 26 and 27 of the CDC.

3. Product Conditions for Exchange or Return: For an exchange or return to be accepted, the product must be returned without any signs of use, in its original packaging, and accompanied by all accessories, manuals, and the original invoice.

Procedure for Exchanges and Returns

1. Making a Request: The exchange or return request must be made through our customer service channel by emailing peacegrapplersac@hotmail.com, or any other channel provided by the company. Please inform your order number, personal details, and the reason for the request.

2. Request Analysis: Peace Grappler reserves the right to analyze the exchange request. If the product does not meet the conditions described above, the company may refuse the return.

3. Logistics: Once the request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product, including, where applicable, coverage of the shipping costs.

Product Exchange

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, Peace Grappler will proceed with an exchange for another product of equal value, subject to stock availability. If the desired product for the exchange has a higher value, the customer will be required to pay the difference.
